Recycling???
My only suggestion for a better experience would be including a shipping label for the dead battery. Researching how to recycle the old battery was annoying. Otherwise, five stars.

Easiest ordering process!
Talk about quick by the time I ordered to the time I removed and installed the battery pack was less than a week. Couldn't ask for anything better or more efficient! Well done APC!

No bells and whistles. No headache either.
It's possible to get a replacement battery for cheaper from other sources. It's also possible that these replacement batteries will not last nearly as long. Or they won't quite fit. I don't need that kind of aggravation. Get the OEM replacement and the peace of mind that comes with it. Oh, and the battery got her pretty quickly considering what it is.

Great Battery, Shaky Delivery
I needed a battery replacement for my BX-1300. Easy to remove and replace. Works fine. However, I had requested express delivery, but didn't receive it until several days later due to lack of stock. Express delivery should not have been a delivery option.

Couldnt be any better unless batteries were free.
The experience was great. The service was reasonably quick and the designs have become so simple the battery is changed literally, in seconds. Almost looking forward to my new battery expiring so I can order another. ??

Battery replacement
Battery shows full charge but zero minutes of run time.
The apc unit may be bad.
One tv and wireless router on battery back up.
Maybe getting a new unit in the future.
The battery arrived on time and was packaged good.
I would use this company again.

Quick Fix
extremely easy to replace original battery with this new one. It took no more than two minutes to replace without looking at the included instructions. Slide the old battery out and slide the new one in, how simple. It took more time to reconnect the power cords than to replace the battery.

Fully charged replacement battery drains in second
Fully charged replacement battery drains in seconds. Waiting for a replacement but if there is no response soon, will resort to a charge back on my credit card and look for another supplier.
