American Power Conversion (APC) 350VA Back-UPS without Auto Shutdown Software, 200W

I have an old BE350G that is acting up. Within a minute I found the User Manual for it. It was easy to read for someone like me that has absolutely no brain material for electronic stuff. It was written with easy understanding and I have a hunch mine will end up working again. Thank you!

SN: 4B1504P49392. I think the 15 mean 2015 mfg date. Anyway it died it seem a natural death. During self test if repeatedly fails. I removed the AGM lead acid batter and charged on trickle charge using my motorcycle charger under the AGM setting. It came up to 13V, but still didn't pass the self test. Opened up and te blade fuse was good. Not sure why it died...maybe underpowered for a low end dell desk top with a 24" energy saver monitor. Trying a CyberPower at 650VA to see if it does any better...it has a USB port to monitor how its working.

After a while the UPS started beeping and turning itself off even though there was power. This of course means it's making the situation worse, not better.

My original purchase was the BE-350, and Customer Service allowed an upgrade to the BE-550 due to an outlet plug configuration issue. Both of these units are first-rate at what they are designed to do, preventing data loss due to mains power supply inconsistencies and interruptions. They have been an excellent investment for my business.

I plugged it in, plugged my computer, etc. into it and it works! The old one would beep and my computer would shut off. It's nice to not have my computer shut down, especially when I'm using it. Great product! I should probably give it 5 stars, but I've only had the Back-UPS 350 for about a month; I do expect it will work as it should.
