Review is coming YEARS overdue! I?ve had two of these running my network and office, works very well. Here on the west coast, brownouts and rolling blackouts happen often. These enable me to work for an extra hour during a blackout, proliferate my equipment through subverting surges and other power issues from the grid, and allows me time to shut everything down safely should a prolonged period of time without power come. My customer service experience was fantastic as well. Shoutout APC, lifelong customer for sure!

I love the extra two here are great. Also, having more on the battery back up gives more options. I like being able to protect my internet CAT cables as well

This is my go to UPS for my home office. I love how I can use it on my router and cable modem also So I have total connection till I need to safely shut down in the case of a power lose.

The UPS Pro Tower 1000VA is a great option for back-up. It can connect to your router to run longer which is a great feature.

Great battery back-up to protect our workstation locations, It is able to provide surge protect to other equipment in the location as well. Have always had great performance for these units and are very easy to replace aging batteries. Would highly recommend this unit.

I think it's a great product, gives lots of good information about the UPS through it's front panel. I like APC products, have trusted them for more than 20 years. Here is why I gave it a 3 star rating, and only for this, other wise I would have given it a four or five, Mac OS X ins't supported very well. I can have good support if I am running windows or through open source stuff in linux, but it falls way short in OS X land, sorry guys, got to do better.

Great product. So nice to have it automatically shut down my computer. Easy to install. We often don't have reliable power in the winter and this eases my mind. We have been pleased with APC products since 1999.

This unit has worked out well for me as a secondary UPS unit. I got it using the trade in program and found that program convenient in being able to send the old unit back that I had for around 7 years..

So confident having the APC-Power-Saving UPS PRO 100 as part of my computer desktop setup. We experience power outages here, sometimes a quick 'on and off' and the APC performs as advertised to protect against this. Last computer without this unit was adversely affected by these power glitches but this unit has taken that issue away.
