About American Power Conversion (APC) AV C 2 Outlet Wall Mount Power Filter, Black
The APC AV C Type 2 Outlet Wall Mount Power Filter is designed to fully protect your high performance wall-mounted display from damaging power surges, spikes and lightning. Isolated noise filter banks will eliminate EMI/RFI as a source of audio and video signal degradation. The LED status indicators on the C2 Power Filter provide proactive notification of changing power conditions including filtering, protection, overload and wiring faults. A detachable two-foot power cord makes installation easier and provides flexibility to the user or installer, giving them the option to switch to a longer cord (sold separately) for particular installations.

- Status Indicator LED's: Provides a quick visual indication of your unit's status
- Protection Working Indicator: SurgeArrest will warn you if its circuitry has been damaged by heavy strike or power line surge and it is unable to provide 100% protection
- Always on Outlets: 8 outlet models offer dedicated space to accommodate wide transformer blocks without covering adjoining outlets and 2 always on outlets. The equipment will be protected and will have power supply even when the unit is switched off
- Catastrophic Event Protection: SurgeArrest components such as MOVs and Thermal fuse ensure instantaneous reaction to lightning strikes and wiring faults. If the surge components are damaged due to power spike or over voltage, excess power cannot reach your equipment
