this is the second time I have purchased batteries for my APC UPS's. Always receive prompt service. I have two APC units that I have had for 15+ years. They keep my computers and components safe with surge protection as well. I'm a retired IT person. I consider these units invaluable. Would highly recommend them to anyone who wants or needs to keep computers, etc. up an running when there is a power outage, as well as keep your equipment safe from power surges.

I have ordered replacement battery as that was indicated by the unit. Battery arrived, but unit is not working, still beeping and not providing any power (neither via power source or battery). So indicator status was misleading and unit is probably busted, which would be OK, but I have requested support 4 days ago and so far have no response / follow up. As I only have a limited window to return the item, this is what I am going to do. Then I will look at the unit from another company as this is my second mishap with APC

It's a good battery replacement for a good UPS. APC products are always reliable, and this is no exception. It's nice not to have to replace the entire UPS when the battery ages out. I've got 3 UPSs that use these batteries, and I've replaced the batteries in all of them at least once now.

I used to buy replacement batteries for my APC UPS's from after-market suppliers. After I had several crack and leak acid, I have bought only APC brand since I have never had an APC batter leak.

This APC Replacement Battery was a little difficult to install because of the two connection wires' thickness and location inside the battery compartment. Did not just "slide in easily" as described. Also, very pricey. There are other similar aftermarket batteries out there that may be better values.
