Good to replace 5 years old battery. It's cheaper to replace the battery better than whole brand new one.

I replaced my battery after about 5-6 years. The site was simple and easy to find my old one. Installation was easy to understand, way better than anything out there.

I like many want a good deal or a cheap resolution to an issue that faces us on a daily basis. I have purchased from other than APC and have suffered a dismal result. Will never purchase from either of them when in need of a RBC, even had a fake RBC put together with even APC stickers. You can even purchase stickers that go on the RBC's go figure. Have been purchasing thru APC ever since getting bit in the rear a few too many times. Lessons learned.

The battery is good and it is working. The original battery (under your sticker) is available for 1/2 of the price you are asking for. I know you need to keep your margins and profit, but next time I would prefer to buy the same product cheaper right from the manufacturer...

I needed a replacement battery for a 19-year old APC backup system for my desktop computer. The model I had was long discontinued and the battery to be replaced was 12 years old. I do 99% of computing on my phone so I saw no need for a newer model. The agent with whom I did an on-line chat was able to direct me to the battery pack I needed and was also quick to suggest other options (like get an updated APC unit). I decided the replacement battery was still the best option for my need. The replacement was ordered and arrived quickly. Problem solved and returning the old battery (by UPS post paid) was also a simple process by printing the return UPS label and postage. Thanks for great service!

Replacement sealed batteries are often thought of as commodity items. My experience over the years dealing with this at work and at home, is that there is huge variability in quality. Going with APC gets you the quality. And the easy to use recycling program has the old ones heading back for recycling quickly and free of charge.

I was glad to be able to order a replacement battery for my UPS. It arrived quickly and I appreciated the opportunity to send my batter back in for recycling. My UPS is back to working as it should!

Was without my UPS because the old battery no longer held a charge. Looked for a replacement online but was confused about which battery was was an exact replacement. Went to the APC site and there it was. Ordering process was a little weird but now my UPS is back up and running.
