This ape case is perfect! Holds my full frame DSLR with a lens attached and room for a second lens! If you don?t want to spend over 100 bucks on a camera bag. This perfect and fits in most bags you probably already have. Now I can switch my bag for any occasion and have my camera protected!

A great insert to turn any bag into a camera bag. I went this this size because it was a perfect fit for my daypack and still left room for a giant 40oz Yeti Bottle next to it, The QB35 fits my Canon Rebel T7, battery charger, a few filters, and still has room for an external flash when I get one. I appreciate the drawstring closure and am confident this will keep my camera safe on day trips, hikes, and camping. When not in my daily backpack it serves as my storage/organization of all camera gear in my closet. Bottom line, worth every penny and would definitely buy more Ape Case products again.

Very easy to use and fits right in to my backpack. My only concern is that there is no padding on the bottom but it has yet to cause an issue in keeping my lenses safe

I purchased this case to replace the one that came in my Lowepro sling bag. This fits in nicely but is a bit longer, which allows for three areas separated by the padded dividers instead of the two areas of the original. Reasonably priced, and the yellow color makes finding the items easier.

Inexpensive, functional, and a simple solution to modifying any bag to act as a camera bag. Construction seems to be to a high standard with no issues so far. The bright yellow color is a key component to the design - if you've never had a bag has a light colored interior then I highly suggest you try it. No more reaching into an endless void of black space hoping to see your usually equally dark camera equipment!

I needed something to carry my camera and a couple of lenses along with other essentials for hiking. I discovered a storage case that would fit inside a backpack would fit the bill. This fits my backpack just fine. I like the adjustable inserts for re-configuring the case when I want to use other lenses.

Really appreciate that I can load a DSLR with an attached lens, a second lens, and some loose stuff (geotagger, connectors, etc.) into the Ape Case and it fits perfectly into my small water resistant backpack. I'm using this combo during expeditions where it's either raining or I'm making transfers from zodiacs to shore. One suggestion: Include some Ikea-like diagrams with the packaging to show the three most common divider configurations. That would save customers a half hour of trial-and-error.

I purchased this and threw it in a lightweight string bag. It's great because it's not a camera bag that let's everyone know I've got a camera on me. I've got a Fujifilm X100F. It fits great and I can put in extra accessories. Very useful and I love that its also waterproof so I don't have to worry on days I'm out and its raining. Really great item.

I like the flexibility of using different bags or backpacks to carry my gear. Very well made.

I've spent most of the summer trying to figure different ways of toting my camera gear. My biggest issue is that dedicated camera bags never leave any space to carry anything other than camera gear. I bought a generic sling bag and a Osprey Daylite backback, both of which have water bottle holders and large storage compartments. With this Ape Case Cubeze, I can throw a rain jacket and some granola bars in non-camera bag, add in a spare battery, filters, maybe compact tripod, and then add this Cubeze with my DSLR and one two lenses. The drawstring top is so much easier than when I used to put a full zippered camera bag into a pack. I was initially concerned that this small-sized case might not fit my gear, but I'm glad to say the I can fit my T3i with a short lens attached and another lens using the padded Velcro separator. I even had this down to fitting my APS-C body with 50mm lens attached plus a 24mm pancake and a 55-250mm zoom all in this little case (it was a tight fit!). Overall, this is a very versatile little case and I've so far used it many times in a few different bags. It works great and despite the lack of padding at the top, I've had no issues with the protection this case offers.

These work well for, on shelf as well as in-bag storage.

More functional than what it’s replacing

Light but tough, padded Hi-Vis Yellow nylon
Structured and padded enough to stand on its own
Flexible enough to easily use as an insert inside another bag
Completely adjustable (or removable) Hi-Vis Yellow Interior allows you to see your dark objects inside more easily
Drawstring top closure that can be rolled down the side of the exterior to essentially "disappear" if you wish.
Ideal for a DSLR body with lens, plus a flash and additional lens.
