I recently completed a 14-day photo tour in Ireland, and I wore this jacket every single day in lieu of my regular photo vest. It's an awesome jacket - on my 5'2" frame, it provides great coverage, has plenty of pockets for me to store filters, compactflash cards (alot of them), extra batteries, rain cover for the camera, and a number of other camera- and non-camera-related accessories. I like the velcro at the wrists which could be tightened or loosened and kept out the daily dose of rain. The jacket itself is comfortable and really kept the rain out. It was also a great windbreaker and helped me stay warm (it was both extremely windy and rather cold during my stay there). I highly recommend this jacket for inclement weather - worth every penny in my opinion.
