Bad bad experience
The truth is that the experience was very bad my review I will make it in all social networks after paying 4000 dollars the order arrived with many shortages and no one is responsible for that so far is a robbery what they are doing.

Brand new and beautiful
I have not flown it yet (bad weather), but I have charged the batteries and updated the firmware. I like the controller interface and have it set up to use with my iPad Pro. Can't wait to actually fly it.

Best Drone Of It's Kind in 2021
I switched over to Autel from DJI. It was a great move for us! Slight learning curve with the software but very easy to figure out, especially if you prefer manual settings. The picture quality is overly sharp out of the box, but custom profiles can be created.
The only thing I have against this drone that isn't being changed any time soon is the controller. It feels cheap. Much better than the Mavic controller though. The arms are loose, the sticks can't be changed and the back customizable buttons are too easy to accidentally press just by naturally holding it. The controller battery lasts the equivalent of maybe 4 or 5 drone batteries from the test flights we've had. Not big deal for a quick couple hour shoot, but if you're used to filming multiple hours or not charging your controller every shoot, like we would with a DJI, you may want to consider a second controller.
Autel customer service was very responsive and helpful when trying to troubleshoot a couple early issues.
