Good case for the boom pole. I use the Orca Quick Release and pole still fits (with room to spare). I added some additional foam to the caps (Both sides are removable) since I was using it to fly with and didn't want it banging around too much. Considered doing it DIY with PVC pipe/caps and then I saw the price tag and realized with the time + supplies it wasn't going to be worth it.

A little tip if you check this: put bright stickers that can be seen from all around the pole. It was lost at 2 separate airports and one of the employees told me that it blended in since the checked bag sticker and my address label were both turned away.
