With a depth of 18.5 inches and a width of 22 5/16 inches, the cabinet is available in a 21RU height, providing ample space for a variety of equipment. The fixed mounting rails are made from sturdy 12-gauge CRS, tapped with 10-32 threading and recessed 5/8 inch for a seamless installation of your devices. The rails adhere to standard Electronic Industries Alliance (EIA) spacing, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of equipment.

The rear door of the cabinet features quick-release spring hinges, which can be rotated 180 degrees for convenient right- or left-hand opening. The door is equipped with a flush handle and a cylinder lock for secure storage of your valuable equipment. For additional security, if a front door is added to your setup, it will be keyed differently than the rear door.

The 100 Series Cabinet line is designed with the installer in mind, offering several features to simplify setup and cable management. The cabinet top includes a 6RU standard panel width opening, which can be utilized for wire access, ventilation, or fitted with an ISOPANEL for non-conductive cable access. It can also be closed using two standard 5 1/4 inch (3 RU) panels. This top opening is perfectly sized for the installation of an EFP Series fan, should additional cooling be required.

Conduit knockouts are strategically placed on the top and bottom surface panels, as well as the top and bottom back flanges, providing multiple cable entry points. The flange arrays consist of five knockouts, including three 1-inch standard and two concentric knockouts sized 1/2 inch and 3/4 inch. The surface arrays feature four knockouts, with two 1-inch standard and two concentric knockouts sized 1/2 inch and 3/4 inch.

To ensure your equipment stays cool, the cabinet includes stamped, perforated vents on the front, sides, and rear door, promoting maximum air convection. The cabinet's surface is phosphate pre-treated for optimal paint adhesion, and it's finished with a textured black epoxy (#962) for a professional appearance that resists wear and tear.
