Constructed from 16-gauge cold-rolled steel (CRS), this durable cabinet is not only assembled and ready for immediate use, but it also promises long-lasting reliability. The rear doors are equipped with quick-release spring hinges, allowing for a 180-degree rotation for either right- or left-hand opening, enhancing accessibility. The doors also feature a flush handle and cylinder lock for added security.

The cabinet's open frame design is a space-saving solution that facilitates easy cable management. It includes a 6RU standard panel width opening in the top and conduit arrays for wire access and ventilation. The top opening can be partially covered with the ISOPANEL for non-conductive cable access or fully closed using two standard 5 1/4" (3 RU) panels. This opening is also ideal for installing an EFP Series fan.

Conduit arrays are strategically located on the top and bottom surface panels, as well as the top and bottom back flanges. These arrays consist of five knockouts, three 1" (25 mm) standard, and two, 1/2" (13 mm) 3/4" (19 mm) concentric. Surface arrays comprise four knockouts: two 1" (25 mm) standard knockouts and two 1/2" (13 mm) 3/4" (19 mm) concentric.

To ensure maximum air convection, the cabinet features stamped, perforated vents on the front, sides, and rear door. The cabinet includes one pair of 12-gauge, CRS fixed mounting rails tapped 10-32 and recessed 5/8" (16 mm), adhering to standard E.I.A. spacing.

Pre-treated with phosphate for optimal paint adhesion, the cabinet's surface is finished with a textured black epoxy #962, adding a sleek and professional touch to your server room or data center.
