Bring efficiency and security to your workspace with the 140-18 19" Wide Opening Stand-Alone Floor Rack Cabinet with Fixed Rails. This robust cabinet, measuring 18.5" deep and 22 5/16" wide, is available in five distinct RU heights - 21RU, 24RU, 35RU, 40RU, and 44RU - to cater to your specific storage needs. Constructed from sturdy 16-gauge CRS, these cabinets are pre-assembled and ready for immediate use. The rear doors are equipped with quick-release spring hinges, enabling a 180-degree rotation for convenient right or left-hand opening. For added security, each rear door features a flush door handle and a cylinder lock. The 140-18 19" Floor Rack Cabinet offers several installer-friendly features, including a 6RU standard panel width opening at the top and multiple conduit arrays. This top opening can be left open for wire access and ventilation, partially covered with the ISOPANEL for non-conductive cable access, or fully closed using two standard 5 1/4" (3 RU) panels. It's also an ideal spot for installing an EFP Series fan.Conduit arrays are strategically located on the top and bottom surface panels, as well as the top and bottom back flanges. These arrays consist of five knockouts, three 1" (25 mm) standard, and two 1/2" (13 mm) 3/4" (19 mm) concentric. Surface arrays comprise four knockouts: two 1" (25 mm) standard knockouts and two 1/2" (13 mm) 3/4" (19 mm) concentric.To ensure maximum air convection, the cabinet features stamped, perforated vents on the front, sides, and rear door. It also includes one pair of 12-gauge, CRS fixed mounting rails tapped 10-32 and recessed 5/8" (16 mm), adhering to standard E.I.A. spacing. The cabinet surface is phosphate pre-treated to ensure optimal paint adhesion, and it comes in a standard textured black epoxy #962 finish.
