Overcome your storage challenges with the robust and reliable AtlasIED 224-30 Stand-Alone Floor Rack Cabinet. With a generous width of 22 5/16", a depth of 30", and a capacity of 24RU vertical panel spaces, this sturdy cabinet is designed to accommodate a wide range of electronic equipment, from servers to networking hardware. Constructed from 16-gauge CRS, this durable cabinet comes complete with a base, top panel, side panels, and adjustable mounting rails made from 11-gauge CRS. The spacious interior is easily accessible via a removable rear door, equipped with a cylinder lock and flush door pull handle for added security and convenience. The AtlasIED 224-30 cabinet is designed with the installer in mind, featuring an expanded 6RU opening at the top and bottom for easy wire access and ventilation. These openings can be left open or closed using standard vent or solid panels, depending on your needs. The rear doors are fitted with quick-release spring hinges, allowing for a 180-degree rotation for right or left-hand opening. If a front door is ordered, it will be keyed differently than the rear door for enhanced security. The rack rails are precision tapped 10-32 and recessed 11/16" (17.5mm), with RU indicator hash marks for easy equipment alignment. These rails adhere to standard E.I.A. 5/8"-5/8"-1/2" spacing. The cabinet also features conduit arrays on the top and bottom surface panels, as well as the top and bottom back flanges. These arrays consist of five knockouts, three 1" (25mm) standard, and two 1/2" (13mm) x 3/4" (19mm) concentric. For maximum air convection, the cabinet is equipped with stamped, perforated vents on all sides and the rear door. All cabinet surfaces are phosphate pre-treated for optimal paint adhesion, and finished with a textured black epoxy for a sleek, professional look.
