Because of its robust and versatile design, the AtlasIED 235-25 stand-alone floor rack cabinet is an ideal solution for organizing and storing your electronic equipment. With a width of 22 5/16", a depth of 25 1/2", and a capacity of 35RU vertical panel spaces, this spacious cabinet can accommodate a wide range of servers, networking equipment, and other IT hardware. Constructed from 16-gauge CRS, this durable cabinet includes a base, top panel, side panels, and adjustable mounting rails made from 11-gauge CRS, ensuring a sturdy and reliable structure that can withstand heavy loads. The cabinet also features a removable rear door with a cylinder lock and flush door pull handle for added security and convenience. The AtlasIED 235-25 cabinet offers several installer-friendly advantages, including an expanded 6RU opening in the top and bottom for easy wire access and ventilation. These openings can be closed using standard vent or solid panels as per your requirements. The rear door, included with all models, is hung with quick-release spring hinges, allowing for a 180-degree rotation for right or left-hand opening. For added security, if a front door is ordered, it will be keyed differently than the rear door. The rack rails are precision tapped 10-32 and recessed 11/16" (17.5mm), with convenient RU indicator hash marks to aid in equipment alignment. These rails adhere to the standard E.I.A. 5/8"-5/8"-1/2" spacing. The cabinet also features conduit arrays on the top and bottom surface panels, as well as the top and bottom back flanges. These arrays consist of five knockouts, three 1" (25mm) standard, and two 1/2" (13mm) x 3/4" (19mm) concentric. Surface arrays are comprised of 4 knockouts, two, 1" (25mm) standard knockouts and two 1/2" (13mm) x 3/4" (19mm) concentric. To ensure maximum air convection, the cabinet is equipped with stamped, perforated vents on all sides, as well as on the rear door. All cabinet surfaces are phosphate pre-treated for proper paint adhesion of the textured black epoxy finish, adding to the overall durability and aesthetic appeal of the product.
