The 240-25 model comes equipped with a pair of 11-gauge CRS adjustable mounting rails, allowing for versatile and secure equipment placement. Built with 16-gauge CRS, this cabinet is designed for durability, featuring a base, top panel, side panels, and mounting rails.

For added convenience, the cabinet includes a removable rear door with a cylinder lock and flush door pull handle. The door is hung with quick-release spring hinges, enabling a 180-degree rotation for right or left-hand opening. If a front door is added, it will be keyed differently than the rear door for enhanced security.

The rack rails are precision tapped 10-32 and recessed 11/16" (17.5mm), featuring RU indicator hash marks for easy equipment alignment. These rails adhere to the standard E.I.A. 5/8"-5/8"-1/2" spacing.

The cabinet also boasts conduit arrays on the top and bottom surface panels, as well as the top and bottom back flanges. These arrays consist of five knockouts, including three 1" (25mm) standard, and two 1/2" (13mm) x 3/4" (19mm) concentric.

For optimal air convection, the cabinet is designed with stamped, perforated vents on all sides and the rear door. The surfaces of the cabinet are phosphate pre-treated to ensure proper paint adhesion of the textured black epoxy finish, adding a sleek touch to its robust design.
