When it comes to robust and versatile storage solutions for your electronic equipment, the AtlasIED 240-30 Stand-Alone Floor Rack Cabinet stands out. With dimensions of 22 5/16" in width and 30" in depth, this cabinet offers 40RU vertical panel spaces, providing ample room for your devices. This 240-30 model comes equipped with a pair of 11-gauge CRS adjustable mounting rails, allowing for flexible and secure equipment installation. The cabinet is meticulously crafted from 16-gauge CRS, ensuring durability and long-lasting performance. The comprehensive design includes a base, top panel, side panels, mounting rails, and a removable rear door fitted with a cylinder lock and flush door pull handle for enhanced security. The cabinet also features an expanded 6RU opening at the top and bottom, which can be utilized for wire access or ventilation. These openings can be conveniently closed using standard vent or solid panels, depending on your needs.One of the standout features of this cabinet is its quick-release spring hinges on the rear doors. These allow the doors to rotate 180 degrees, enabling right or left-hand opening for easy access. If a front door is ordered, it will be keyed differently than the rear door, adding an extra layer of security.The rack rails are precision tapped 10-32 and recessed 11/16" (17.5mm), featuring RU indicator hash marks for easy equipment alignment. The rails follow the standard E.I.A. 5/8"-5/8"-1/2" spacing, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of equipment.The cabinet also includes conduit arrays on the top and bottom surface panels, as well as the top and bottom back flanges. These arrays consist of five knockouts, three 1" (25mm) standard, and two 1/2" (13mm) x 3/4" (19mm) concentric. Surface arrays comprise four knockouts, two 1" (25mm) standard knockouts, and two 1/2" (13mm) x 3/4" (19mm) concentric.To ensure maximum air convection and prevent overheating, the cabinet features stamped, perforated vents on all sides and the rear door. The surfaces of the cabinet are phosphate pre-treated, ensuring proper paint adhesion of the textured black epoxy finish, adding a sleek and professional touch to your setup.
