The base of the cabinet is crafted with double-formed front and rear sections, meticulously MIG welded and fortified with 11-gauge CRS corner caster gussets for added stability. Vertical columns seamlessly interlock with the frame top and base, doubling the material thickness at critical stress points to enhance the cabinet's load-bearing prowess.For versatile and precise equipment installation, the 744-25 features fully adjustable front-to-rear panel mounting rails. These rails are constructed from 11-gauge CRS, precision tapped with a 10-32 thread and recessed by 1 3/16" (30mm) to facilitate secure mounting. The plated rails are marked with RU indicator hash marks, simplifying equipment alignment and ensuring a neat and organized setup.
