This sturdy and reliable rack cabinet is designed with a 14-gauge frame construction, offering superior strength and load-bearing capability for both single and multiple bay configurations. Measuring 22 1/2" wide and 36" deep, this spacious rack cabinet provides 44 vertical panel spaces, making it an ideal storage solution for servers, routers, switches, and other networking devices. The versatile design allows it to be used as a standalone unit or combined with other units for larger storage needs. The 744-36 features multi-formed and welded frame members for enhanced durability, along with a base constructed of double-formed front and rear sections. The base is MIG welded and reinforced with 11-gauge CRS corner caster gussets for added stability. Vertical columns interlock with the frame top and base, doubling the material thickness for superior load-bearing capability. The adjustable mounting rail channel support members are multi-formed and MIG welded, providing superior interlocking support. The fully adjustable front-to-rear panel mounting rails are precision tapped 10-32 and recessed 1 3/16" (30mm), including convenient RU indicator hash marks to aid in equipment alignment. The base of the 744-36 includes four 3/8"-16 threaded sockets to accept leg levelers and four 11-gauge CRS corner gussets, punched to accept casters. It also has provisions to be permanently secured to the floor, ensuring the safety and stability of your equipment. This rack cabinet is designed without punched vents, offering a solid, secure, and professional look. This design allows for precise thermal air-flow management, protecting your equipment from contaminants or damaging objects. With the addition of the optional Seismic Bracket, SBK-700, the 744-36 can withstand up to a zone 4 earthquake, equivalent to Richter magnitude 8.0, making it a reliable choice for your networking equipment storage needs.
