Just bought it for a month. I got a 2K Ultra 9 2TB version. Love dual screens. Super fast and efficient. Have to adjust myself for a smaller keyboard. The battery life is somewhat short. 2K OLED is great.

Great Asus laptop. I bought the 8 TB upgrade from Newegg. The laptop was upgraded with no issue with the original base OS and utilities reinstalled.

The first one I ordered was not working, as the 2nd screen and keyboard had issues, however, Best Buy replaced it and I've had an easier time with the 2nd one. I love the multi- taking of the dual screens. I like to turn off the bottom screen when I'm on video calls and I like how it raises the camera higher for those calls.

When I first got it, I was blown away. The dual screen setup was versatile, sleek, and perfect for multitasking (convo starter + compliments). As my first Asus device, I genuinely fell in love with it. The design, display quality, and performance especially for schoolwork and engineering software. However, the excitement didn't last long. Despite being a high performance laptop with strong components, the battery life was extremely poor (like really, really poor). I was lucky to get an hour even with battery saver on, screen brightness low, and minimal apps running. It also ran hot, even when not plugged in despite being well ventilated and regularly cleaned. As a result, as a gimmicky cool machine, it was great. Honestly, even as a laptop, it was top tier. However, its real world daily use was limited and disappointing due to its terrible battery life right out of the box. To make matters worse, the battery is soldered directly to the SSD board, meaning even diagnostics or battery replacements are costly and complicated. It feels like the design actively discourages repairability, which is especially frustrating given the premium price. All in all, if you have cash to spare and don't mind the risk of it dying soon, this could be the perfect laptop for you. However, the hefty price tag doesn't equal long term reliability, so it might not be worth it for everyone.

It's still early, I've only had it a day but the out of the box experience was fantastic. The setup was easy. I love the multiple form factors and how easy it is to switch from one to the other. Just a top-notch experience so far.

This is going to be my GO TO - TAKE WITH laptop AND That is a lot to say by a consumer with a number of Microsoft Surface Pro's. Made purchase needed support got it and was resolved. The Technical Support was everything it needed to be. Looking forward to my ASUS Zenbook Duo model UX 8406CA-PS99T if your thing about purchasing one make the purchase.

The best part of the Duo is its screens and Asus had made it easy to extend the screen of my desktop with this laptop. This means instead of gathering dust for much of the year, I get virtually continuous of is it. The downside is it runs warm and is a little heavier than many 14" laptops. Nevertheless, there is no other machine quite like it and I would purchase it again. Weigh the endorsement, however, knowing I was offered an extended 90 day warranty to leave a review.

I have had issues with 2. The first one after the first month would get so hot I could not touch it and it would crash, it would stop playing sound after 2 hours of operation. The second one is 2 days old and is having issues playing sound. There have been several remote sessions trying to fix the audio issue. DO NOT BUY!!!!!

The laptop is very undervalued. While everyone is focusing on MacBooks Asus made the imposible. Integrating dual super high quality touch screen with military grade protections is a really reliable and calming experience to have buying this computer. It's very light weight and the price is just fair. Super fast and resilient when deploying heavy softwares at parallel runs. No lags at all. I am loving this

This ASUS Zenbook Duo 14 dazzles! The dual screen navigation is so precise and highly configurable. The definition is brilliant. The virtual keyboard is insanely innovative. I show it off to anyone that will look. It's configurable in ways that increase my productivity with different types of tasks. A movable track pad. You never knew you needed this. The intel I9 is blazing fast. I have not experienced any of the issues with lagging. I did get one little hiccup during music playback one time but couldn't duplicate it. Everything is well located and ergonomically configured. I'm plugged in a lot so can't offer battery review yet. Most ports and switches are where you expect them. The build is super light and keyboard is wafer thin but very sturdy. No concerns here. People said negative things in reviews but I'm not feeling it. So many ways to make this personal for different types of work and entertainment. I feel like I had a say in designing it for me. I recommend buying it. Upgrade to the Intel Core Ultra 9. It's really fast and smooth. Also comes with a stylus pen and heavily padded backpack.

In the past, I have always had reservations to going to a 14" screen. Mainly because of my eye site. However, having two 14" touch screens on the same laptop is great.
