I've been using this laptop as my daily all in one work/gaming rig. Performs great with everything I throw at it. RGB for those who love the vibes and amazing sound out of the built in speaks. Very well rounded laptop.

I acquired the product about 20 days ago and without a doubt for university work it is crazy, since it will not present problems, and if we talk about games it is a machine, you can play everything you want at a good fps rate and with some excellent graphics

Awesome 2 in one laptop

Love this laptop. Great combo of features relative to size. Wish the GPU could receive higher voltage to make the most of the 4090m power present in the larger sized ASUS laptops.

Perfect Combo of Performance and Protability

Closest match to purchased laptop. Reviewed laptop model in title. Performance is great when stable. Screen likes to blank out sometimes, mostly when changing from performance to boost. The mode change is triggered when you plug in the power supply. Coil noise can definitely be heard but doesn't bother me much. Runs very cool. For the price I would expect smoother and quicker response times. Not happy with the default ram shipped with unit. At this price point the ram frequency should be higher and the built in camera should be higher resolution. The keyboard picks up oil extremely easy (even with clean hands) and requires regular cleaning. Build materials could be slightly better. Other than that, its pretty solid but only worth it if you have money to throw away. Oh and the keyboard lighting is not consistent. It changes modes and goes out about once every 5 reboots which is way bad. You have to go in and change settings to get it back to what it should be.

Best Looking Laptop

I am doing maps and photogrametry for 5 years now and decoded to get this laptop to run my mapping softwares. This softwares are heavy load and process tons of data in a relative short ammount of time. The ROG Strix is working perfectly, no crashes, no interruptions just perfect. Recommended.

Nice pc

I was looking for a gaming laptop with an RTX 3060 or better. For the price, I think it's the best deal I could find and I love it. Games are running with max settings flawlessly. The fans are noisy when they are at full speed but in my opinion it's normal.

This is a year's worth of usage but I have to say, this little ROG laptop was a worthwhile workhorse for gaming and everyday college use! There are two drawbacks, namely the inability to do RAID 0 and the occasional GPU glitch, but all in all, will definitely buy again!

I purchased this via Best Buy only had for a few days but wow! This laptop is a beast! Great graphics, love the keyboard lighting in colors, and thou I like games this is perfect for everything i.e. stream movies, touchscreen browsing a plus and tell the truth this is way better than a desktop period!

Excellent Gaming Rig

Fast! Love the speed, and the configuration is nice. NVMe speeds are average, the 3080 is underpowered which makes thermals great and provides 3070/3060ti like desktop graphics. Battery life is fantastic! The RGB Leds are nice but could have been more though out on the bottom, I really do like the estetics of the Leds below the screen though. And the translucent is a very nice touch though it doesnt show much. The few disappointing things are: 

-I have a dead pixel smack dab in the middle of the screen and I can RMA but its a hassle. 

-The bottom part of the laptop has a plastic like quality which is dissapointing at this price point

- I like the new key design it feels nice, a little different but good. BUT the indexing on J and F make it super hard to index because they are almost non existent. SO thankfully I don't type much on the laptop or it would annoy me a lot more.
