Horrible customer service

Bought a desktop with 32GB of ram. One of the 16GB sticks was DOA. Both BestBuy and ASUS would not do anything about it except require an exchange of the whole computer. Had spent 6 hours setting up the computer and another 3 trying to get them to exchange just the faulty stick. $50 value is not worth the time to do all that again, but they don't care. That's their intention is that if they make it inconvenient to replace, then most customers will just buy another out of their own pocket. Spoke with CSR at ASUS. He was hard to speak to, constantly forgot our conversation, slow speaking and was overall unhelpful and ineffective. Most of the blame lays with ASUS (and bestbuy) on this one, but at least if you're going to put a firewall of CSRs between you and your angry customers, hire competent communicators.

Asus will not post bad reviews. But they can block GOOGLE, BBB and YAHOOO. Asus is TERRIBLE AWFUL VERY BAD TERRIBLE COMPANY

Review of the Asus RoG Strix GL12

Hi this is MrStrainYT I'm here to tell you that this computer will get you going in gaming. Add a high quality 240 HZ monitor capable and also you can upgrade to a rtx 3080 and get a 360 HZ monitor and it should run it with precise precision and not overwhelm it without upgrading your CPU or your motherboard so this is a great buy I suggest to go to this one it has a SSD capable that you can take in and out and have it for mobility to carry with you to gaming competitions anywhere in the world. Which in turn with the SSD cuts down on uploading and downloading to your screen it's a lot faster with an SSD.Hope you guys have a blessed day and hope this review helps you out. I personally didn't see any negatives by the way and I've had the computer for over 10 months ??

Fast, Great Features, Handles Everything

I purchased a ASUS GL12CX Gaming Desktop with an Intel Core i7-9700F and 32 gig of RAM 3 months ago and I am so glad I did, I usually build my own desktops with ASUS Motherboards and for the first time in 30 years I purchased a Manufacturer Built system and I couldn't be happier with it, it is fast and so far it has handled anything that I throw at it. I typically have 3 Browsers with about 100 tabs open, Email program, Photoshop, Fireworks, Video Editing software and other things open all the time and I have never had a slow down or had to reboot unless Windows 10 Update makes me.

Works great with 3 monitors

I bought this for gaming with one monitor. I ended up with 3 monitors and it still runs Borderlands 3 in Ultra+ at 80+ FPS with 3 monitors.

Runs games at high FPS

Bought this to run Borderlands 3. It runs at 100 FPS at max setting. Working great. Also using 3 monitors with no problems.

Beautiful Design!

I initially went to purchase a laptop, but upon seeing this desktop, I had a change of heart and bought this instead. I'm still happy that I did. Aside from the power and features, the design itself (I like the lighting in particular) is just beautiful!
