Luxury You Can Feel
To create the custom CNC-milled aluminum chassis, the bare metal was flattened to ensure there were no blemishes or other imperfections. To make sure the pure aluminum alloy 6063 would shine through, we used a gradual 352 hour milling process with multiple different tools to create intricate patterns on the surface. As a final step, the aluminum is anodized to preserve its natural luster and prevent oxidation and corrosion.
