It's time to redefine your audio experience with the PEMA 8250 8-Channel Amplifier, a powerful and advanced piece of audio equipment that sets a new standard in the industry for zone sound systems. This high-quality amplifier is equipped with a built-in Protea DSP and CNM-2 CobraNet Option Card, providing you with superior signal processing and network control capabilities.
Designed to deliver high power output with minimal distortion, the PEMA 8250 is perfect for large-scale sound reinforcement systems. It's a reliable and durable solution that combines open-architecture DSP functionality with amplifier performance in a compact two-rack space unit. This design not only lowers the overall system cost but also enhances energy efficiency, simplifies system installation, and accelerates programming.
The PEMA 8250 offers full 96kHz performance on 32-bit SHARC processors for utterly transparent audio. It comes in both four and eight amplifier channel versions, with power options of 125 and 250 Watts per channel. This amplifier is equipped with advanced DSP algorithms such as ambient noise compensation, automatic feedback suppression, automatic mixer, and a full range of filters, EQs, and delays.
This amplifier also offers DSP control of the amplifier functionality, including selection of bridge-mode operation, HPF settings for constant voltage system networks, stereo-linking of channel pairs, MIC/LINE/TEL-PAGE functions on channel 1, full control of ducking priorities, and full-range remote-gain control capability.
The PEMA 8250 is ideal for small to mid-sized installations, with eight balanced input channels that are software selectable for mic or line levels. It also features eight pairs of summed-mono RCA connectors optimized for consumer line level devices, and eight preamp auxiliary outputs for flexible signal routing.
Programming and deploying the PEMA 8250 is remarkably easy, thanks to its membership in the respected Protea DSP lineage. All setup is accomplished using standard 10/100 Ethernet protocol and Protea ne Software on a PC platform. With automatic DHCP network IP configuration, network setup time is significantly reduced.
The PEMA 8250 is a testament to simplicity, sophistication, and reliability, changing the way consultants and integrators approach sound system design. With this amplifier, you can expect less cabling, less rack space, and less installation time, all while delivering an elegant and awe-inspiring audio solution.
