Atlas Sound RCK-25 Caster Kit for 25" Deep 200 and 500 Series Racks

Take your 200 and 500 series racks to the next level of mobility and convenience with the RCK-25 Caster Kit. Specifically designed for 25" deep cabinets, this kit includes four robust, non-locking, 2 5/8" diameter casters, and two sturdy, easy-to-install mounting/support brackets.

The RCK-25 Caster Kit is engineered to fit seamlessly with the 25.5" deep 200/500 Series cabinets, providing enhanced mobility without compromising stability. The mounting/support brackets, made from heavy-duty, 14-gauge CRS, are 4" wide and designed to be securely affixed beneath the cabinet's bottom panel. This strategic placement offers front-to-back reinforcement, ensuring your cabinet remains stable even when fully loaded.

Each bracket is .075" thick and features two 1/2" downward flanges on the inner edge. This design element provides additional structural support to the cabinet bottom, reinforcing its strength and durability.

The kit also includes zinc-plated swivel casters, each with an overall height of 3.75". These casters feature 2 5/8" hard rubber tread wheels, ensuring smooth and effortless movement across various surfaces.

With a load capacity of up to 1000 lbs, the RCK-25 Caster Kit is built to handle heavy-duty applications. The brackets and casters mount directly to the cabinets using the supplied hardware, making installation a breeze. Once installed, the kit increases the cabinet's overall height by 1.75", providing ample clearance for easy maneuverability.
