The card is great, excellent for gaming. The best part about the purchase was Adorama coming through when these cards were untouchable at other retailers.

Great card, I run it at 2560x1440 and max all graphics settings out and it runs 100 FPS average on almost every game I play. Very happy with it.

I'm a casual gamer and I needed a new card, bought this one although could wait for latest and greatest. Now I'm like I should of bought this card a year ago. It is a beast and it can take a beating. long nights of gaming and never a glitch.

I was unsure about buying this GPU because I had seen negative reviews about the 5700 not being able to function properly. After not being able to buy the 6800 I decided that I would at least try this GPU and was pleasantly surprised that it works quite well. The graphical range of games so far have been WOWS to EFT and I run all games at their top graphics settings. The fans do make a little noise when they turn on but it’s not a big deal. I would recommended this GPU.

I recently changed from the nvidea cards to the amd. The switch with all my system being Rog was seemless and quick. I was back up and gaming in what felt like no time and the difference in grafics is unreal.

I bought this card a little over 3 months ago and i must say, i am a big fan. Ive been an Asus and ROG fan since day one. If i could work for them i would. The card is a huge performance upgrade from my 1070. Im very pleased!

You can take comfort in knowing that this is a high-quality product. It runs any game I throw at it flawlessly and can handle my 2k ultra wide 85 Hz monitor with ease. A couple tiny cons include somewhat noisy fans. Granted I did buy the OC edition which comes factory overclocked, so the high fan speed is expected. A lot of people freak out about the high temperatures on this card. To that I say, make sure you know the difference between junction temperature and core temperature. I only see my junction temperature maxing out at 110 degrees Celsius on super high quality games with everything on or above ultra settings. Amd has said that this temperature is normal and this card will try to reach that temperature to put out maximum performance. Performance wise I don't have a single complaint and you really can't go wrong with the price. The only upgrade I can see is the 2080 Ti, but i'm not about to spend over $1,000 on a graphics card. It is also a very big card and I had some trouble in fitting it into my Asus Prime X570-P, but eventually got it to fit in the bottom PCIe slot. Make sure you have room in your case to hold this card because it's a powerhouse of a unit and it shows it.

Where to begin, I was looking to upgrade an old GTX 980 that wasn't quite cutting it fro gaming by my standards. I of course first went to the RTX line and EVGA who I usually stick with. Though the price/performance just wasn't quite the same as it'd been in the past as I usually go for the XX80 series. Well I know I've been enjoying my Ryzen CPU so I figured I'd take a look at the AMD offering and was surprised that the RX 5700 XT cards are doing pretty well for their cost, next logical step it seemed was to go for a Nitro+ or Red Devil card. They were way over priced at the time I was looking so that was a bust and then I found out Asus made a version. Early reviews as few as they were had me a little worried, but figured worse case I can return right? Well I'm happy to say they've solved the temp issues and I am loving this card. As in usual Asus fashion they try to over-engineer any of their products and sometimes there are hiccups that they are usually quick to fix. I got an extra 100fps in my games, actually lowered my temps by about 5c, and it looks right sitting on the Crosshair VI board I currently have. So TL:DR if you're in the market for a new card and want a great performer, at least give the ROG RX 5700 XT card a look. This is especially true if you see it go on any kind of sale.

I was examining what AMD graphics cards that can outshine than others, so I found this graphics card to be more powerful when it comes to the specs. I have no issues with it, and I like it.

Best 5700xt I have ever Owned
The ROG Strix Radeon RX 5700 XT OC edition 8GB GDDR6 dominates 1440p gaming.
Take Flight
1440p is the new sweet spot for mainstream gaming and the ROG Strix Radeon RX 5700 XT is armed to dominate the category. Components on the surface of the PCB are precisely soldered with Auto-Extreme Technology and the GPU chip is cooled using MaxContact and a beefy heatsink. On top, three fans leverage our new Axial-tech design, which surpasses our own industry-leading fans from the last generation. In-between those layers are a myriad of additional features like 0dB mode, IP5X dust resistance, a reinforced frame and more.
Cooling
Axial-tech Fan Design
Better, faster, stronger
Newly designed for the latest generation of top-end ROG graphics cards, these fans feature a smaller hub that facilitates longer blades and a barrier ring to increase downward air pressure.
0dB Technology
Quiet intelligence
An advanced onboard controller brings fans to a standstill when the GPU core temperature is below 60 Celsius, letting you enjoy light gaming in relative silence. As temps rise past the threshold, the fans automatically start up again.
2.7-slot Design
Sink your heat into this
The ROG Strix RX 5700 XT leverages a 2.7-slot design to gain more heatsink surface area. The extra thermal headroom increases overclocking potential and allows fans to run at even lower speeds in light scenarios.
Dual Bios
Choose wisely
Do you prioritize low core temps or low noise levels? Performance mode will let the fans spin up to keep the card running cool all the time. Quiet mode keeps the same power target and top-end settings, but offers a less aggressive fan curve for quieter operation at medium temps. For even more customization and control, check out our GPU Tweak II software.
Engineering
Auto-Extreme Technology
Precision automated manufacturing
Auto-Extreme Technology is an automated manufacturing process that sets new standards in the industry by allowing all soldering to be completed in a single pass. This reduces thermal strain on components and avoids the use of harsh cleaning chemicals, resulting in less environmental impact, lower manufacturing power consumption and a more reliable product overall.
Super Alloy Power II
Premium power components
To deal with varying game and application workloads, the RDNA architecture can change speeds in an instant, necessitating a power delivery circuit with the reserves to handle the onslaught when you dial up the clock. The ROG Strix RX 5700 XT is armed with premium capacitors, DrMOS power stages and alloy-core chokes are capable of pushing performance to the max.
MaxContact Technology
Stay close
MaxContact is an industry-first technology that utilizes precision machining to create a heat spreader surface that makes up to 2X more contact with the GPU chip, resulting in improved thermal transfer.
Reinforced Frame
Architecture FTW
A metal brace prevents excessive torsion and lateral bending of the PCB.
