I bought this at Micro Center yesterday and it won't play a DVD. Can't find any help on ASUS website.

Doesn't work

As my new Asus laptop didn't have a DVD drive, I bought this unit as it was the same brand of my laptop and the price was very attractive.

I bought this to back up my digital goods (also back up to a hard drive) in case the hard drive fails. It worked right out of the box with my iMac, just plug in and voila, it's ready to burn disks.
