I love and dislike this headset at the same time. Pros: -The sound is amazing -Very comfortable and breathable -Long battery life, have never had them die. -Again the sound quality is just so good. Cons: -Very expensive and not worth the price -Not the best build quality, there is a foam piece connected to some plastic at the top of the head. The plastic piece is glued onto the rest of the headset and this glue has already separated. Have not dropped the headset at all and been very gentle with it. Now sometimes the plastic with the foam falls out when I am wearing them. Should not happen for this expensive of a headset. -You have to pay for adobe software for surround sound. I get it but like come on. I would be using it but the Microsoft store is messed up on my computer so I can't. Having a monthly subscription for surround sound is annoying. -The base station for charging is so touchy to actually set the headphones in correctly. Each time i set them in it it takes me around 30 seconds of wiggling it so it actually charges. Overall I would have expected much better for paying this amount. Highly recommend looking at other options before buying these.

Headphones are good, sound is high quality. Software is horrible and app/company support is one of the worst I've experienced.

They sound good and earcups are comfortable but the headband isn?t. Headset is heavy and if you are not use to them, you might feel some neck pain after an hour or so.

Sounds is super adjustable. Not a fan of the Dolby but it's ok. Headsets can be very loud which I like. You can also hear your surroundings which I'm not sure I like even at high volumes. I didn't realize the dock needed 5o be connected to whatever machine I'm using. I had originally planned to use it on a few machines but having to move the dock it's now a dedicated headset. Mic is very good. Folks complain about echo though, so it's picking up sound from the headset and referring l into the mic. Looks adjustable. I own a pair of xm-1000s I've been using for years. Bought this headset for the mic. Sound quality doesn't even compare. But noise canceling vs none. Phone mic vs boom mic. Plan to keep it.

Great sound, and comfortable to wear for extended periods. The base station is a cool feature and doubles as a wireless charging station.

Great headphones when connected to PC with cable, but wireless will not work, the battery seems not to even charge. Waiting on Astro Gaming to send a replacement headset.

I just got a pair and thought it was going to be the easiest set-up because of the instruction given by Astro. However, the headset struggles to connect to the charging dock. The dock doesnt connect to the pc. Yes, I have also looked up many different solutions, but nothing still works. The software for the headset doesnt even detect the charging dock so updating and setting up the headset isnt even possible. My headset was able to connect one time, and the software asked me to update the headset. However, the software ran for 3 hour until it told me that there is an error with the download. Thus, I have not only wasted my time, but also my money. I recommend just buying a wirehead set or DO NOT BUY the wireless A-50. SUCCKKKKKKKSSSSSSSs

so far they are better than i had hoped and im VERY happy with them. at first i thought that they were a little heavy, but after i got use to them( about 3 hrs.) i forgot they were on. just wish i could get them to work for my tv and phone.

they sound really good, wish they went just a little louder as i like my stuff loud. they are comfortable and stay put fairly good. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because getting the contacts to engage for charging is sometimes annoying. You can't just pop them down you have to wiggle them around until the light comes on.

I have tried many high end headsets. Steel series, bose, etc. These are the most comfortable and technologically advanced pair. They sound great and the included stand keeps them charged. They're a little more expensive, but if you're in the market for the best, these are it.

Amazing product. Astro makes some of the best headsets. Build quality is strong. Wish I was able to get it sooner, bummer that I had to wait a couple weeks. But I understood most non dell products come with a waiting period. I do like buying amazing products that come with a dell gift card. Now I have to wait to receive the gift card so I can buy more. Always great incentives on amazing products.

Great headset for the price!!! hope it lasts for a few years! Love the presets and the ability to customize to your preference. Connection and setting up with Xbox was seamless. I utilize this headphones for Call of Duty Modern warfare 2019. I had no connection issues with this until I registered for the free two years Dolby Atmos. Whenever I turn on my Xbox on and turn my headphones on after the Xbox is on and start playing call of duty I won’t be able to speak to anyone only to hear them. I have to restart my Xbox consul with my headphones on to fix this issue at this time. Aside from that, it’s not really a big issue just make sure my headphones are on before I turn my counsel on And hopefully they will fix this issue on the next software update for the head set. They are very comfortable, lightweight and great clarity, Charging bass is really nice with headphones battery life and settings display That lets you know what preset you are using and if you’re using DD or stereo. Just get IT!!!

The headset works beautifully. Ive managed to log about 50 hours worth of play with them so far and the sound is great and they are super comfortable. Only thing to keep on mind is you need access to a computer before you can connect them to a console because it needs an update but even that was super easy
