Shopper : Can I use a Bluetooth mouse with this computer?COLE S : YesJOANNE V : I was using a Bluetooth so I wouldn't have to take up a usb port with the receiver, but switched back to a wireless mouse because connectivity was faster. Even though the bluetooth was set up to auto-connect, turning it on/off was problematic and found I was having to reconnect each time I restarted the laptop. I had the Kensington bluetooth and it was the only one available when I purchased it, perhaps another brand would work better.....PATRICK L : This laptop was really a good buy. The price was a little higher than now but it's well worth getting it. The compact and sleek design still gives me pleasure owning it. As to your question, I'd never tried using a Bluetooth mouse other than a wireless one.
Shopper : Reading the reviews for this unit there are two major issues: 1) Video card error when the computer switches from integrated to dedicated card 2) Display issue with the mustard yellow vs. yellow Have there been resolutions to these issues?ALEXEY S : I have never had any display issues. I have not paid attention to the rendering of colors, but I do not seem to have issues with regard to color rendering.DAVID R : 1.) I have not had any issues from switching integrated to dedicated card. I do question the speed sometimes of the laptop. This is a dual core laptop and before i purchased this Asus Zenbook, I used to have a quad core laptop from lenovo and it felt faster. 2.) Yes the display has a mustard yellow. Unless you are a software designer or graphic designer I dont think it is a big issue. Asus should come out with some software to fix the issue. My biggest compliant about this website is I purchased this laptop back in September and the price was 1299.99. Since then the price has dropped twice and there isn't any fine print about not accepting price match. I paid 1299 for a laptop that doesn't feel fast, has a mustard yellow and the box was slightly damaged on arrival.
