I have been using this for about a month now and am very happy I went through with it. I went back and forth on the usual brands that I buy every few years for a work laptop, but decided to go with ASUS after discussing with my tech guy. The one concern I thought I may have was the smaller screen coming from a 15", but with the clear and extended to the edge- there has been no issue! Very happy with this purchase. Very quick processing, easy to set up and look forward to years of use!

I LOOOOVE this computer. I use it everyday! HOWEVER...they advertise it's military grade etc and somehow ...never dropped it... screen is cracked and ASUS is horrible w/ Customer Service warranty. Won't allow me to take it and have it fixed. I cannot afford to send it out for service and ASUS has zero options. And ASUS has NO SOLUTIONS.

I've always purchased a Dell product due to great support and features. Finally tried Asus and was not disappointed. The Asus Zenbook is easy to you and setup. only had to use support once do to me not being computer smart and they fixed my issue quick.

I only did this to get the extended 90 days on the warranty. Having to go theory that a process for that nixed a star rating. I haven't even used the machine yet.

I've only been using this laptop for a few days, it is great so far! It feels like a high quality laptop, works fast and smoothly, and I love the appearance! It does get a bit warm at times. I am receiving a warranty extension from ASUS for this review.

I purchased this ASUS S UX393EA to replace a Sony laptop purchased in 2010. I read almost every review I could find about this machine and was impressed that almost every reviewer spoke to the machine's quality, fit and finish. Out of the box I agree 100%. The ordering process from Costco was easy, the product was shipped to UPS the day after I ordered it, and was delivered to my Costco warehouse 5 days from the day I ordered it. The package was in great shape and Costco employees took pains to make sure I was the guy that made the order before allowing me to take it out of the store. The product itself is beautiful, although it is a small laptop it has the feel of something substantial, I love the number pad, I was worried the screen might seem too small, but don't have that concern any longer. I don't have it loaded up with all my programs yet, but the Office 365 programs load fast. Set up was a bit of a process but things went smoothly. I don't do video games but run Autocad and SketchUp. Long story short, I'm elated that I'm up and operating so quickly.

Great small factor work horse laptop with a premium feel and long lasting battery. Looks and feels amazing, especially great if you travel for business and my other gaming laptop was super huge and heavy being a 17in machine.

This is my first chromebook. I read a few negative reviews online but decided to buy it anyway. I love this chromebook and it's exactly what I needed! The keyboard backlighting may be the only down side I have to mention but if you're comfortable with typing without looking at the keys, you won't have much trouble. Battery life and screen are the major selling points. It's hard to describe the impact of having such thin bezels until you boot it up and see for yourself. Some say it's a bit expensive, but the aluminum body makes this feel like a very high quality laptop. Like anything else, you have to do your research beforehand. If you don't want aluminum, look for another laptop, but for me, this was everything I expected and more. Don't take my word for it though, look up more reviews online and do more research before deciding. I did, and I'm not dissapointed with my purchase at all.

Got a week ago, I already own and still have 2 previous ASUS models - love them. This is fast, great storage and features and more screen area for me than a 14" model. It took a little getting used to the 3:2 screen ratio but after dialing in my apps and scaling to the 3K screen it is working out well. The screen color and brightness rivals OLED displays. The shell is all metal, tough and durable, feels solid. The keyboard feel is solid and the keyboard backlight is subtle but adequate, I like the large bright keys and no wasted space to the sides. Yes, the case is a fingerprint magnet but easy to wipe with a micro-cloth. Beautiful looking unit with colorful accents - looks expensive, loaded with the latest features - i'm thrilled to have this super light weight laptop with a touch screen that hands-down beats the competition!

I bought this a month ago and wanted to wait until I had a chance to use it. In a word, "Great". It helps that I got it on sale from a great retailer. Only minor issue is the computer keyboard lighting that makes the keyboard lettering awkward to read in certain ambient light conditions. Not a reason to not purchase.

I recently purchased this machine and it feels great with its full metal design. While the specs are decent for the price, 8gb ram would have been a great addition. The screen is fantastic with great viewing angles and small bezels. It is a small laptop for a 14 inch screen. Chrome OS has so far run well with no complaints.

I replaced my ancient MacBook Pro with this Chromebook. It was easy to figure out and the quality of the screen is awesome. It’s HD and 1080p. It was way more affordable than replacing with an Apple product for what I need.

I purchased this product several months ago. This was the first time purchasing a ChromeBook and overall I am pleased with it. There are two main issues that would have kept me from buying this unit: the webcam has very poor quality (supposed to be HD) and the sound is sometimes an issue as the speakers are under the unit.

Bought it two months back, vey pleased with its speed, screen and keyboard. Support for Android and LInux is added bonus. Now with Chrome 78, virtual desktops, another great feature. Just wished the 4GB RAM was expandable to 8GB !

This is the second Asus Zenbook that I bought from Adorama. All I can say is that I am very happy and satisfied with this purchase (So is my wife, she stayed with the first one). This UX 391 model has everything I need. The ideal size and weight to carry it in my continuous trips outside the office and home. A powerful and ultra fast machine that has everything I need and meets all my expectations, plus a beautiful and elegant design.
