Excellent monitor for a great price
I recently purchased this monitor to twin with my VE278H and it is just as amazing. I will have a hard time ever buying a brand on monitor that is not ASUS
The ASUS VE278Q 27" Full HD LED Monitor is a large-screen computer monitor with a wealth of input ports. You'll be able to connect it to your computer via VGA, DVI, DisplayPort, or HDMI. The monitor is capable of displaying 1080p video at native resolution and can also output audio thanks to integrated stereo speakers.
The display features a 10,000,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, 170deg./160deg. viewing angles, 300cd/m2 brightness and support for 16.7 million colors. It uses an energy-efficient LED backlight, which offers more even lighting than traditional CCFL lamps -- without the need for warm-up time. Its desktop stand supports tilt adjustment and you have the option of mounting the display to a wall thanks to its standard VESA 100mm mounting pattern. It can also be secured via a standard Kensington security lock.
