Excellent service from Vendor but Very disapointing product....
Probably a good product, but mine was DOA shortly after I powered it up. Instructions say (after I read the fine print) use supplied power supply only. My bench supply can power four different models (other than this one) with out issues. It ran for about 3 minutes and went Black. Totally unusable.
My wife is a severe dementia patient in terminal status and I am unable to leave the house with all the paper work to return the unit.
It may be a good unit (when working) but useless to me.
