Get The AT2020USB+ Instead

As other people have mentioned the micro-hdmi to usb cable can only be obtained by requesting another one from audio technica. The self noise of this microphone is very high. Don't expect to use any processing like compression or recording multiple tracks with this because the noise floor will only get more and more audible. I don't see the point in it being 24-bit. you should get the at2020usb+ which uses a normal usb cable. I don't use the iphone cable only the usb cable so maybe its better with the other cable. The microphone's self noise has a bit of static in it as well as hiss which is distracting. You have to talk 3 inches away from it to get a usable signal to noise ratio. it sounds good thoough. its just a pain to use. the experience is comparable to using a dynamic microphone that needs 60dbs of gain. it sounds good tho. i feel like it could break at any second because of the high self noise with occasional static. Get the at2020 xlr or usb+ instead.
