This shock mount fits my Sennheiser ME66 shotgun mic perfectly. Also the 5/8 thread adapter unscrews from the bottom and the threaded hole then fits onto a Rode boompole.

I got a great deal with a shockmount for an additional ($). I never ordered from Adorama but I was impressed with their service. I mostly have pro audio gear in my studio. I hooked up the mic to my Audient ID22 audio interface and my Aphex channel strip. Got two different tonal characters but overall the mic does a good job of picking up sound where you point it and rolls off other ambient noise. I would describe the mic as natural sounding. I tend to be sibilant when I speak especially with large diaphragm condenser mice. However it wasn't as bad with this mic. The frequency seems even and not overly brassy. The only other shotgun mic I've tried was a sennheiser mkh 416. The audio technica had nowhere near the presence as the 416 but it's not a fair comparison. I would reccomend the Audio Technica AT 8415 as a great budget shotgun mic. You simply can't go wrong
