Software and Hardware issues, hard to connect to a new device, makes a humming noise when connected with windows PC, Average sound quality, the mic doesn't work if lying on a bed for some weird reason.

I'm using this as my daily driver and there is almost nothing to complain about it. Almost! I switched from the Sony WF-1000XM3 to this and I have no regrets doing so and strongly believe this is worth the price. The music quality is unrivaled, the noise cancelling is on par with Bose headphones and the hardware is a shining example of what quality should look like. 

My only complaint is the app and controlling through Noise cancelling, hear-through and off. At the moment, I cannot switch between the three versions just by button presses. I must go into the app to select one of the three versions. The button is reserved for alternating between a hidden fourth option called "quick hear-through" and the selected sound version in the app. Quick hear-through drastically reduces volume and lets ambient sound in while regular hear-through only allows ambient sound in doing a fine job at it. Quick hear-through can only be selected by clicking the button on the left bud and CANNOT be disabled in the app and CANNOT switch to another sound version until I click the button again. In addition, whichever sound version I selected on the app causes the bud to cycle between the quick hear-through and the selected sound version. So if I left the app with "off" selected, I can only switch between quick hear through and off until I go into the app and select something else. If you connect these buds to your computer, you can't change what sound version you want due to it being locked behind the App thus locking you to quick hear through and noise cancelling. 

Frankly, I see the "quick hear through" as unnecessary and would very much prefer to just cycle through the three sound versions (with the button click) than switch between quick hear through and a select sound version. It's very tedious to re-open the app just to switch to a sound version. It's impossible to do so on a computer. 

Great product but this is the only feature that really bothered me!
