I purchased a pair of Ninjas to use for wedding and event videography. I need the ability to record 1080p and 4k for more than 29:59 with minimal extra expense. NINJA V - ALL YOU COULD WANT ON AN ON-CAMERA MONITOR
Very impressive monitor/recorder. Quality is fantastic and the screen is sufficiently bright to use in sunny conditions - can’t wait for the sun hood though as this will help even more for critical focussing etc. Easy to set up, on screen settings easy to find and change. Also nice that it takes the SSD I bought a while ago for a Ninja Blade; just switched to the V caddy. Using with a C100 MkII. Auto triggering works great. Bit disappointed that Atomos have not produced a full manual for...

Ninja TX GO includes HDMI input and output, Apple ProRes/RAW recording to ultra-fast CFexpress or external USB media, with a full suite of professional monitoring tools. It features built-in camera-to-cloud with free ATOMOSphere membership, supports NDI 6 streaming, and runs on the lightning-fast AtomOS Linux platform. No other monitor-recorder packs so much performance and compatibility into such a compact, connected device.

Display
5" touchscreen, with increased brightness to 1500nits - perfect for clear, precise and vivid monitoring in any setting, from the outdoors in sunlight, to a studio. The 8/10-bit color processing, HDR support, Rec. 709 color gamut, and calibration support ensure accurate and defined color and high-quality monitoring.

Wireless Features and Camera to Cloud
Ninja TX GO camera monitor & recorder comes with connectivity built-in, including, camera-to-cloud with free ATOMOSphere membership, NDI 6 streaming and full integration into an NDI network.
Ninja TX GO is also the leader in Camera to Cloud (C2C) workflows - allowing you to upload your video files directly from your Atomos monitor-recorder to the cloud. Atomos supports direct progressive upload to ATOMOSphere (with a free 20GB starter storage plan), as well as Adobe Frame.io and Dropbox.
The wireless capabilities also provide 'over the air' (OTA) firmware updates, for a quick and convenient way to keep the OS current.
Comprehensive Color and Metadata
The Ninja TX supports the use of select Sony, ARRI, JVC, RED, FUJIFILM, Nikon, Panasonic, and Canon log formats. Upload custom 3D LUTs to the monitor and output HDR conversion to Log, HLG, PQ, or Dolby Vision formats.
HDMI Input/Output
HDMI input supports 6K video up to 30 fps, up to 4K60, and up to 1080p120. Loop-through passes the incoming HDMI signal from the camera to another device, for example, an external monitor, wireless transmitter, or live streaming encoder. Via the HDMI input, you can record raw metadata such as white balance, exposure index, shutter speed/angle, Iris F stop, ISO, gamma, and gamut
Recording & Media Options
The Ninja TX now includes a CFexpress Type B slot and dual USB-C recording outputs supporting fast data transfer to external USB media. The optionality is designed for scalability and futureproofing. In addition to recording directly to storage, the USB-C ports can also be used for calibration, custom 3D LUT uploads, adding audio devices.
Professional Monitoring Tools
The Ninja TX offers a n expansive suite of easy to use, one-touch monitoring tools for focus, framing, and exposure, including focus peaking, zoom (2:1, 1:1), zebras, false color (including ARRI and EL Zone), frame guides, SMPTE safe areas, grid markers, waveforms, RGB parade, vectorscope, and flexible 3D/1D LUT support with profile and preset options (including .cube file uploads). It also provides anamorphic de-squeeze monitoring to correct the ratio for anamorphic lens setups.
Power Options
An L-series battery on the back of the Ninja TX supports NP-F L-series batteries. Alternatively, a battery eliminator can be used to provide DC power to the monitor, or a USB-C port supports 30W PD power delivery with the included cable.
