It connects to your camera and captures a clear, high-resolution mirror view with its 5-inch 10-bit HD or SDR screen. With a dedicated monitor, it’s much easier for the photographer, director, and creative assistants to see what the camera sees at all times. The new Analysis feature also provides easily switchable waveform, histogram, and vectorscope views so you can always be in complete control of your image. The Shinobi screen displays up to 10+ stops of dynamic range in real-time and even simplifies shooting Log and HDR footage to benefit your post-production workflow. It weighs only 196 grams (7 ounces), allowing you to conveniently bring it anywhere, and even features ¼”-20 screw mounts at the top and bottom for easy caging and rigging. You can even see images on the screen in broad daylight, thanks to the 1000nit anti-reflection screen. The battery is mounted at the center to make balancing and maneuvering quick and easy, and can also last a whole day’s shoot. It’s definitely one of the lightest 4K monitors today and is compatible with most cameras, including smartphones and SDI/HDMI-ready imaging devices.
