Good, Basic shield for your Telrad
I bought this item for covering the lens. Where it is parked, the lens is usually exposed to the sun and I don't want the internal components to be burned up. It simply covers the lens part so it does its job. Also it does not look safe to have a Telrad without a cover while you have other equipments with covers (OTA, EPs, finder scope, etc.).

Not sure if it does what it says it does
I purchased this with a Telrad sight and Pulser unit for use on my 10" Dobsonian. Installation was easy and it does provide some protection for the mirror on the Telrad. It's been too cloudy at night for me to use it much, so I haven't had a dew problem to deal with (maybe it's keeping the dew away altogether!). It also bulks up the Telrad so it doesn't fit in the foam insert in the box as well, but that's its only drawback. For the price, it's great!
