I originally reviewed this product and said that it sounds great but I had an issue with it falling out of me ear on the largest ear pieces. I still rated it somewhat high since I assumed this was a personal issue and the sound quality was great. After using it for a few months now. I absolutely hate these headphones and am very upset that I spend the money on them. The bluetooth connectivity is abysmal. Half the time it connects to the wrong device or doesn't connect at all. There is no good way to reconnect without turning on and off the headphones. You also cannot cycle through devices which you can on other headphones at this price range. For Context: I am connect mostly to a macbook and pixel 4. Both devices work flawlessly on my Bose headphones. I originally switch from bose because the build quality and durability of bose was terrible. this is something Audiotechnica is somewhat strong in, but they are almost unusable. I will be switching brands.

I use them as headphones for listening to music and taking calls. The wireless features are good and responsive. There are firmware issues as sometimes one of the ear pieces shuts off for no reason and that you also can't use just one ear piece at a time without constant beeping unless the other ear piece is outside of the charge case.

After a few initial misses with truly wireless ear buds, Audio Technica has hit this one out of the park. Coming in at an amazing price point of under $100 US or $150 CAD in my case, there is no buyers remorse here. USB C makes charging fast and easy, and I've actually gotten almost a week and half of use before recharging while using these for all my conference calls throughout the day as well as music. The sound signature is typical of Audio Technica with a focus on clarity, but even then there is still some muddiness in sound. I initially had trouble with fit while using the pre-installed medium tips where the buds would constantly slip out and lead to painful ears by the end of the day. Switching to the Small size fixed all those issues. Bluetooth 5.0, Apt X, auto pause when you take the ear buds out are some killer features in this price package. I would highly recommend these!

Decent audio quality. The left ear is only usable if the right ear is also out of the case. Not a deal breaker for me but good to know. The right ear failed to power on after 2 months. The product is currently completely non functional in April after a purchase in February.

I love the sound and battery life of these. My last pair was the wireless boss earbuds, which fell apart. However they were able to cycle through multiple bluetooth devices, which was very convenient. I would like to preface this next comment, with the acknowledgment that this may be just me. I still would recommend this product, because it looks and sounds great, but for my ears, it is terrible. My biggest issue with this, which is borderline making me consider returning them, is the ear inserts. Maybe my ears are bigger than average, but the with the shallow earbuds, I can't get these to stay in my ear. The circumference fits snug, but they don't hold and just slip out all the time. I don't even have to do any activity. Sitting down, they just fall out over time. Making this useless for gym use and almost impossible to use daily.
