No built in mic. in new MacMini, so needed for Zoom meetings. Works fine.

I got this for CSGO and Skype. People can hear me clearly; mic is sitting about 3 feet away from me. That’s good enough for me. It’s not perfect quality, as there’s a bit distant/echo sound, but people hear me fine. I guess that’s fair for the price.

I could not control the volume from my Laptop (MacBook Pro 2018) or Desktop (Alienware 2020).
The volume automatically returned as default setting (38) immediately after settled as 100.

After the test, I recognized the default volume setting could not catch any voice.

This company has to resolve this problem, since your dealer "Micro Center" refused return this device (microphone) due to the circumstances of COVID-19.
