Audio-Technica D50 2-Channel Digital UHF Wireless Handheld Microphone System

This D50 2-channel handheld system features the Audio-Technica LINK-enabled 2-channel receiver and two ATW-DT3202/C510 handheld transmitters.

The half-rack receiver operates in one of two switchable RF modes: normal mode (Antenna Combining Diversity) or robust mode (MRC True Diversity) for greater RF stability. Up to four receivers can be linked and operated without antenna distribution, requiring only a single pair of antennas. Plus, the system's HD (high-density) mode gives users the option of expanding the number of usable frequencies from the standard 17 within a 6 MHz TV channel block to 47 frequencies in HD - a feature that can be especially useful in the congested RF environments of large cities.

The receiver comes with an AC adapter, but can also be powered by PoE+, either exclusively or as a backup power source for the AC.

The handheld transmitters come equipped with Audio-Technica's ATW-C510 cardioid dynamic capsule, a workhorse trusted by professionals to capture every nuance of the human voice. The transmitter also works with a wide variety of additional capsules, including A-T's legendary Artist Elite ATW-C4100 cardioid dynamic, ATW-C6100 hypercardioid dynamic, ATW-C3300 and ATW-C5400 cardioid condensers as well as the ATW-C710 cardioid condenser. External control buttons and an OLED status display make the transmitter easy to use, and a special SideTrack function allows switching between multiple outputs - providing discrete live communications with fellow performers or audio engineers.

The transmitter is powered by a custom-designed lithium-ion battery, providing best-in-class battery life. The battery can be removed from the transmitter and charged separately in the ATW-CHGA6 battery charger.

- ATW-CHGA6 Battery Charger -
The ATW-CHGA6 battery charger is used to charge the lithium-ion batteries that power D50 wireless system transmitters. The charger can be inserted into an ATW-CHG6 charging station (sold separately) or be powered separately by a USB-C cable.
