I originally purchased this cartridge brand new from a Japanese dealer, and right out of the box there was a serious alignment issue with the cantilever/stylus. (Photo #1) I then contacted Audio-Technica US and alerted them of the problem. They graciously sent me a brand new replacement cartridge, but right out of the box, it also had an alignment issue. (Photo #2) Just contacted them again to resolve the issue, but not sure that I'm willing to try a third "brand new" cart. I will accept a replacement if they open it and confirm it is properly aligned before they send it to me, otherwise I feel a refund is in order.

As good as any high end elliptical stylus you can find. Excellent! Competes with any elliptical stylus on the Market!

This is a really musical kit that expands the music very nicely. 10 thumbs up ! I had to borrow a few but they agree to.
