The paper cone, made from the finest New Zealand pulp with mica fibers, is lightweight yet rigid, while the cloth surround is made in Japan to exacting uniform thickness tolerances.

The amplifier module is a true professional-grade amplifier, designed from the ground up with "overkill" concepts in component selection and safety. The result is a robust, high-performance amp that rivals much higher-priced studio rack mount amps.

The Active MixCube also features a balanced input that accepts a balanced male XLR plug, a 3-conductor balanced TRS 1/4", or a 2-conductor unbalanced TS 1/4" male plug. The system gain is adjustable from -30 to +6 db, allowing for precise control over the sensitivity of the signal.
