I got two of these when we were in lockdown in 2020. Works well with Zoom, Teams and also Whatsapp desktop App on Windows 10. The wide angle lens means two people can sit far apart. The dual microphones are chrisp and pick up audio from the middle of the room. Also there has never ever been a feedback issue. There are some other gaming features that are interesting, but I do not use them, as I am not a gamer. I did download those drivers to check them out. Install instructions were easy to follow. But since I am not a gamer, Didnt really get into the avatars allowed by the software.

Simple plug-and-play. NOTE: The camera works at all times -- slide the lens cover over the camera except when you want to use it.

This has been a great addition to my virtual set up, replacing a Microsoft LifeCam. The quality is solid and I like the manual webcam shutter so I no longer have to remember to use an app to turn off the cam (or a post it note. The mic works well also.

Great camera and the sound both incoming and outgoing are great. It was easy to set up and I was able to use it for a zoom call within a few minutes of opening the box.

Great camera, difficult setup. In the past 25 years, I've never had trouble installing software. This was particularily peticular. Use the help on their website - it is worth the effort.

So far it's very good. Especially like the ability to adjust color, saturation, and other settings through the application. I use it on MS Teams.

Great back up camera for my laptop. When I am conducting video sessions for my job as a tutor, it really helps to have a camera I can move without moving the whole computer. This one does the job very well. I also like that it has a slide shutter I can close to quickly cut the video feed. I usually use a headset, but the microphone works fine on this camera too.

The camera has no way to control the focus or width and depth of the subject. The picture is not as crisp as other cameras I have used, including the one on my Lenovo laptop, it is rated as 1080 p, but the picture is very average in quality.

Camera works nicely - unfortunately no instructions were included nor reference to a web site. I had to call Dell Support. At charge of $99 & 2 1/2 hours on the phone it now functions

A handy little webcam that takes up no more than 2 x 3". It was recommended by Dell's customer service. I like the fact that the camera can be covered when not in use. The unit that attaches the camera to the monitor doesn't click tightly; rather, it's sitting on top of the edge of the monitor. The two microphones worked nicely right from the start. I was getting horizontal lines through my video when using Zoom. The tech at AVer was quick to send me two links that he thought might help me solve my problem. The tips didn't work. In the end, I uninstalled Zoom and then reinstalled it. That seemed to take care of the issue. With this unit I am able to do telehealth with the doctor and also participate in a class that takes place over Zoom during this period of Covid.

The camera works fine with ZOOM. There are no instructions that I can find as how to operate the AVer Media RECentral application software that came with the camera or any of the features available. So I do not know how to use the AVer Media camera software with ZOOM if that is even possible.

this was fairly easy to install -download the program to the computer and plug in the free end of the connector to a USB port on the computer. Image quality is good, although it does require a light source on the subject to avoid shadowing.
