Poor quality and too cumbersome to be practical

For the money, one would expect much more of this bracket. At first, it seems to have some great features, such as an adjustable height, tilting top bracket, and the ability to attach multiple flashes. However, in reality, it is very cumbersome to use and is not of good quality. Within the first month of using this product, one of the rubber seats that is on the top arm came "unglued" and fell off. The other one did likewise within a couple of months later. But, worst of all is the "flip/rotate" mechanism. The first problem is the button to release it from landscape mode - It is not placed well at all and can be difficult to get to. Second, the "flipping/rotating" is accomplished through sliding the mechanism at an odd angle. Not only is it awkward, it also does not slide very well, even after adding lubrication. This product is over-priced for its quality and function.

Major help with harsh shadows

I've had mine for over 5 years now. I love it. Yes it is heavier than just your camera alone, but you don't have to "trash" images because of harsh shadows(that you would've had if your flash was mounted directly on top of your camera).

Did Not like this bracket

I sent this bracket back before my 30 days were up. No t smooth moving from horizontal to vertical. Very awkward not comfortable in my hand.
