This probably the 10th Boroughs guitar I've bought from Adorama. Why? Well they're excellent. You can't beat 'em for the money. For beginners, a beater, beach guitar whatever. These are the best sounding guitars in their price range. I've gifted them, resold a few, and currently have 3 I keep around for kicks. Designed by guitar players for guitar players. We start with a traditional dreadnought body design and an industry standard X-braced top. Our modern design headstock is not only stylish but has a straighter string pull making it easy to keep the instrument in tune. The spruce top, comfortable C-shaped neck and Techwood fingerboard add up to a full sounding instrument that is a joy pleasure to play. Lightweight satin finish feels good to the touch and allows the guitar to resonate freely, resulting in a great tone. The 15:1 ratio, sealed-gear tuners ensure the instrument is easy to tune so players can focus on the sheer joy of playing. Quality materials and thoughtful design make for a better guitar.

The thin C shape neck makes for comfortable playing. Easier to play and press down on the strings, ideal for kids and beginners. The fretboard feels smooth, thanks to the environmentally friendly Techwood, which is resistant to heat and humidity that can cause damage to fingerboards. Sealed gear tuners keep dirt and grime out, extending the lifespan of the tuning gears, while the high gear ratio (15:1) allows them to tune more accurately than tuning keys commonly found on guitars at this price. Other thoughtful features include a compensated saddle for accurate intonation and a strap button at the heel of the neck.
