Excellent guitar even at a higher price.
For the price, this is unbelieveable. The action was pretty low without adjusting the truss rod. The tuners seem to hold well. The built in tuner is a little finiky but does work fine. Sounds good. The finish is low luster and looks good. I don't think you could go wrong at the price as I would have expected a guitar of this quality to be more expensive. I bought it on sale reduced to $59.95 just after Christmas. If it were still available at that price, I would buy a couple more just to give away to family.

Functions beautifully, but a little rough around the edges.
A lot to love at the very low clearance price I bought this for.
For sound, playability, and features out of the box; I'm not sure the value this thing delivers can be beat for an acoustic electric!
The only con is that it's literally "rougher around the edges" than the Ovation I normally play. The metal frets are a tad sharp and I noticed it caught the material of my shirt when I reached over the neck. Also some of the areas where wood edges come together just aren't finished as perfectly.
Overall I'm happy with the purchase. I will definitely be taking this one when I go car camping, head to a bonfire, or just want to play outside and not expose my more expensive guitars to the elements.

Guitar is nice, Shipping was a fail!
First the guitar. Great little guitar for the money. Beginners or just a beater/beach guitar it?s great. Built in tuner and preamp a plus. I bought several for resale. That said let?s talk about shipping. Adorama shipped these only in thin cardboard guitar box. Didn?t put in a shipping box like they have in the past. 3 had to be returned due to damage. Total fail on shipping dept. That said if you can snag one of these at the close out price it?s totally worth it assuming they don?t arrive damaged.

You can?t supply the kit items that you advertise in catalog.
Both guitars and 2 more dreadnaught kit for a total of 6 H and A acoustic guitar stands ARE ON BACKORDER FOR 9.95 each. Where are they and when are you going to fulfill my orders that you keep selling as kits but the guitar stands are my available anymore. I did receive 2 of them as part of a kit. As advertised. Can't beat this guitar for the price!
Great beginner guitar for the money! It doesn't sound like my taylor 214CE but it sounds great. The built in tuner is also nice. It has a bright sound, which I prefer for live (not recorded) sounds.

Good for the price
Not bad for the price! Great entry level guitar or something to have on the side that you don't mind getting dinged up. Sound is a little bright to my liking but nice that it comes with a built in pickup/tuner. The low price really comes when comparing to build quality. The edges around the guitar are all very sharp and not rounded off so oddly it's not very comfortable to play if you are leaning your arm on any edge of the guitar. Also the wires were all loose inside the guitar but what can you expect at this price point?

Best Bang for the Buck!
First off I grabbed this puppy on sale for $89. That said try to find any acoustic with built in preamp and tuner under $100. I was quite surprised when I received. The action is decent out of the box, but I?m a player so my callouses help. I?d say it would need a setup for a new player. The guitar doesn?t look cheap. It has a nice feel in the auditorium body style and would be perfect for a teen. Maybe a bit big for a younger child. That said plays nice. I went and bought another for same price because I flip guitars and am always looking for a decent bargain. But I?m also a player and if I was looking for a beater or office guitar or just something I wouldn?t cringe if it got dinged or broken, this would fit the bill. If this came with a gig bag that would be nice but hey, $89? Buy it before I buy the rest of the stock out and sell them on EBay for much more!??

Nice guitar came damaged
I was disappointed, not from the sound or from the feel, but the way it came damaged. For an inexpensive guitar it sounded good, the action was good and it looked pretty good. But when I looked over the body, I noticed several damaged areas. Would I recommend this is a loaded question, if I could be sure it would get here in good shape, I would get another one.
