During the charging process, a yellow LED light indicates that charging is in progress, while a green LED light signals when the battery is fully charged. This intelligent device also monitors the battery voltage during charging and is prepared to switch power sources if necessary.

The ML-120V/V Hot Swap Adapter is designed to detect when a battery's voltage drops below 12.5V, at which point it immediately takes over powering the ARRI Alexa and the D-Tap port for up to 2 minutes. The light detector is conveniently located at the top-middle of the ML-120 housing. If you prefer a constant brightness level, simply cover the housing to disable the automatic brightness adjust feature, and the alarm LED will flash at its minimum brightness.
