The very versatile broncolor HMI F1600 continuous light is the first choice for stringent output, formability and color requirements, both for photography and video. Every shooting situation has its special challenges. The HMI F1600's unique bayonet system enables the use of a vast range of reflectors with which you can professionally master any task. The focusable Open Face reflector guarantees exceptionally homogeneous illumination. In conjunction with the PAR reflector and the various lenses, many different light cones can be formed. Without a reflector - as a "bare bulb" - the lamp can also be used with softboxes. From soft surface lighting all the way to hard points of light - with the new HMI F1600 all is possible.

In combination with the broncolor Para light modifier system, there are more, completely new illumination variants. Like a gigantic Fresnel spot, the light leaves the light modifier practically parallel and so takes the enormous light yield to the extreme. Defocused, the light is unbelievably soft and very sculptural. The broncolor HMI F1600 is dimmable, remains color stable at all times and so is ideal for mixing with flash and daylight. The light is absolutely flicker free and so perfectly suited for high-speed exposures. The new HMI 1600 Light System is a powerful extension of the existing broncolor daylight range from 200-800 Watt and sets new standards with its versatility.
