The colors are nice, and I've taken some portraits with it, and I like the look. Great value for the price. The handle of the included plastic carrying "bag" tore upon taking it out of the box, but I anyways doubt I could fold it back to store it in that bag again, anyways. So you'll need a different way to carry the backdrop.

Beautiful color good with most models and looks good when shot darker then the subject giving an interesting look.

I was hired to shoot a Reunion for the Class of 67. The theme of the night was a "Luau." Well, being on a budget (who isn't?), I was looking for a Backdrop that was fitting, it had to reflect some of the colors of the event. looking for "sea"-esque colors, I was faced with purchasing a muslin priced several times over what I would have liked. then I seen this one. despite the colors that are advertised, these colors blend very well, and their juxtaposition give the illusion of light blues and greens---plus the pattern of the work, to me, looks like an overhead view of crashing sea foam!!! for my needs, the quality, the dimensions, the price...I was sold!!I feel that this backdrop is very versatile. a good buy for the price. if you are looking for your first backdrop then this line of muslins is a great place to start. [...] cons: 1) I am unsure at the present time just how strong and durable is the hem for the support cross bar. but, having 24' of length means plenty of room for another hem in the future...plus, clamps is always an option. 2) I also have yet to launder or wash the item so I can't speak of the designs longevity, but I have no reason to believe that it may run.
